Jan is a Nocatee Specialist, bringing several years of experience from one of the master-planned community’s most prestigious builders, where she was a site agent. Jan was a part of the development of nearly half of Nocatee’s over 30 neighborhoods, literally watching the community grow from the ground up over the last 8 years.
Prior to her site sales experience, Jan spent several years in general real estate in the greater Jacksonville area, where she has lived her entire life. “I’ve lived in every part of Jacksonville at some point in my life. I love real estate and would always drag my husband to open houses just for fun”, says Jan, “Learning all about the different communities along the way.”
