Yesterday was the first Nocatee Certified Agent Developers Meeting of 2021 and the news for residents and those who will live the future NOC Life did not disappoint!
First, here are some fun facts about the last year of sales:
- There we 924 NEW home sales in 2020, averaging 14 homes per week
- The average sales price was $510,000, up 7.5% over 2019
- Anthem Ridge sold out with average sales price over $750K
- 10% of Nocatee Residents have built more than 1 home in Nocatee
- 69% of new Nocatee residents are coming from outside the area
- 100% of current retail space is leased, second phase is being developed
- Nocatee is 75% SOLD OUT, with over 8,700 homes built
The PARC Group has begin running a campaign called “Enhancing the Lifestyle”, adding $17 Billion dollars in new amenities including:
Spray Park: Adding a another water slide and a tandem water slide.
Splash Park: Adding an adult “Serenity” pool with a bar.

Settler’s Landing at Nocatee
Settler’s Pond recreational area will be anchored by a 14 acre pond. Stocked with fish, this fishing hole will feature a large dock and a lakefront pavilion.
