SilverLeaf is a family-friendly master-planned community located in St. Johns County. Situated on nearly 11,000 acres, you can start your day with a quick walk to the park and end your day with an evening jog or bike ride along miles of paths lined with native plants and trees. Plan a picnic in one of SilverLeaf’s many neighborhood parks or drive your golf cart to a resort-style amenity center and spend your day relaxing by the pool. Play Tennis or Pickleball at one of the custom courts. SilverLeaf is close to Jacksonville and historic St. Augustine with a variety of home styles to fit everyone’s tastes; and no CDD fees!

The community is located in Northern St. Augustine between County Road 210 and expands south past Country Road 210 at St. Johns Parkway west of Interstate 95.

When completed, Silverleaf will include 16,300 residential units, 2 million square feet of retail space, 900,000 square feet of office space, 300,000 square feet of hospital space with a total land use of around 10,900 acres in total land use.

SilverLeaf will consist of several neighborhoods in a wide range of sizes, price points, and styles for both individuals and families.  It will be one of the largest community developments in northeast Florida. The development is expected to complete in 2047.
