Brookwood is a small community of only 110 homes in the Duval county portion of Nocatee. Only 15% of Nocatee is in Duval County. All these homes are on preserve lots with Florida’s view of nature and scenery originally built by Lennar Homes and DR Horton Homes between 2014 – 2016. Brookwood also features a children’s play area and a multipurpose trail from the neighborhood to the Nocatee Town Center for walking, biking, or electric vehicles.
